| Registration policy: | A limited number of 250 seats will be available for the seminar and will be booked on a first-come basis; a restricted number of 15 participants for each of the 8 hands-on groups will be accepted, and two series of courses will take place in the afternoon; hence, each registrant can only book one hands-on course. Details will be given well in advance. |
| Registration fee: | Early registration until December 31, 2007: Physicians: 200 €, Nurses/Technical staff: 150 € for the seminar - both pay an additional 50 € for one hands-on course for members of the ESNM and its national sister societies, non-members pay an additional 50 €. Package solutions can be arranged upon request. After January 1, 2008, the registration fee will increase by 50 €. |
| Cancellation: | Full reimbursement before January 1, 2008, thereafter, a handling fee of € 100 will be withheld. |
